以赛福尊重其运营所在国家商业道德，相关的法律和法规，且要求其供应商和合作伙伴同样做到这点。
公平竞争和反垄断法.赛福致力于基于扩大产品和服务价值的竞争。赛福不参与不公平、有误导性或不准确的投标、反竞争协议或行为。
SAFOR respects local business ethics, relative laws and regulations in the country of operation, and demands its suppliers and partners act as the same way.
SAFOR firmly stands for fair competition and anti-monoply and strives for competition based on increasing value of products and service.
SAFOR will not take part in unfair, misleading or in correct biding or activities that go against the spirit of fair competition.
1. BRIBE 贿赂
赛福不认可任何形式的贿赂、红包或敲诈勒索，无论作为施予者、发起者还是接受者
SAFOR doesn't approve any kind of bribe or blackmail, no matter as a giver, a sponsor or a receiver.
2. FRAUD 诈骗
赛福不认可任何形式的欺诈行为。
SAFOR doesn't approve any kind of frauds.
3. TREATMENT, PRESENT, REPAYMENT AND DONATION 款待、馈赠、答谢和捐赠
采购和销售行为应当建立在高度诚信的基础上。因此，无论是赛福还是其员工，不得给予或接受任何可能影响客户决策的馈赠、答谢或娱乐要求。
但是有时可以接受商务礼节性的小额礼品。
Purchase and sale should be based on high honesty. Therefore, SAFOR and its staff should not give or receive any presents or repayment or entertainment that could influence the customers' decision. Some small gifts showing business etiquette can be accepted.
4. RECORDS AND REPORTS 记录和报告
赛福的记录保存和报告系统的完整性包括电子报告和系统，具有最高的重要性。员工必须予以特别关注，以确保记录得到准确、完整的储存和评估，无论这些记录是用作内部或外部用途。
SAFOR records and reports including digital reporting systems are of great importance thus call for special attention of staff to make sure they could be saved and estimated correctly and completely, no matter for inside or outside use.
5. INTEREST CONFLICTS 利益冲突
应尽量避免员工和公司之间的利益冲突。这类冲突一旦发生，员工必须知会直接主管。这类冲突的情形包括：
Interests conflicts between staff and the company should tried to be avoid. Once happens, they must be informed to the direct manager immediately. The conflicting situations include:
·除公司以外的商业活动
• Business activities outside the company
·个人经济利益
• Personal economic interests
·利用内部资讯或其他机密资讯谋求个人私利
• To seek personal interest using internal information or other confidential information
·雇佣近亲
• To hire close relatives
·与近亲进行买卖活动
