产品概述 Product Overview
新能源一体化光伏预制舱，欧式一体机。欧式一体机的排布与常规欧变相似，整机外壳采用集装箱外壳制作，内含变压器室、高压室、通讯动力柜室及逆变器室。各室之间通过隔板或瓦楞板隔开，逆变器与高、低压室分布在变压器室两侧，整体为目字型结构。逆变器呈镜像布置，逆变器过道之间设置有下入井口，逆变器侧面出线，通过铜排、软连接与变压器一侧的低压套管连接。变压器常规采用干式变压器，配套真空负荷开关加熔断组合电器，真空负荷开关加熔断器组合电器与变压器室通过高压电缆连接，通讯动力柜与美式一体机相似。变压器散热方式通常采用自然风冷或强制风冷。
集装箱式外壳安装有通风百叶、风机出风口、风机，用于整台箱变的内外空气循环，逆变器室内安装有消防应急灯、火灾探测器、防爆照明灯及灭火器。
New Energy Integrated Photovoltaic Prefabricated Cabinet, European Integrated Unit. The layout of the European integrated unit is similar to that of conventional European transformers. The entire cabinet shell is constructed with a container-like design, housing a transformer room, high-voltage room, communication power cabinet room, and inverter room. These compartments are separated by partitions or corrugated panels. The inverters and high/low voltage rooms are arranged on both sides of the transformer room, forming an overall "目"() shape. The inverters are mirrored in layout, with access openings for lower connections between
inverter aisles. The inverters have side cable exits, connected to the low-voltage bushings on the transformer side via copper bars and flexible connections. Transformers typically use dry-type transformers, paired with vacuum load switches and fuse combination devices. The vacuum load switch and fuse combination device is connected to the transformer room via high-voltage cables. The communication power cabinet resembles the American integrated unit. Transformer cooling methods usually employ naturalair cooling or forced air cooling.
