Collection of Mrs. Elamir, Washington, D.C. Her father, an archaeology professor in Egypt, participated in a joint research project with Peking University and lived in Beijing from 1956 to 1957. This item was acquired during that period in Beijing. Lots 60-62 in our November 21 2024 auction were also from the same collection.
