1、在标准直线电机模组运行过程中,平台会受到较大的冲击力,因此安装平台需要具备足够的刚度与稳定性。若安装平台刚度
不足,则标准模组在运行过程中会出现抖动、共振等现象,从而产生对定位精度、重复精度以及设备的影响。
2、在条件允许的情况下,应尽可能多的增加模组底座与安装台面的接触面积,以及锁螺钉的数量。
