elegant suspension model, identical

in design but with a slightly shorter

body. In both versions, Seki-Han

is a living presence where the

Progettata da Tobia Scarpa nel 1963

e rilanciata nel 2025, Seki-Han è una

testimonianza della sua maestria nel

design e nella lavorazione del legno.

L’intricata costruzione si ispira a

tecniche navali per dare forma a due

pale in legno che ora ruotano attorno

alla sorgente luminosa, lasciando

Designed by Tobia Scarpa in 1963

and reissued in 2025, Seki-Han is

testament to his mastery of design

and wood-working expertise. The

intricate construction draws on naval

techniques to shape two wooden

blades that now rotate around the

light source, leaving a slender sliver

of light visible at all times for a highly

poetic effect.

My Lines offre all’utente finale la

My Lines is a vertical suspension

lamp composed of two light bars,

conceived as an alternative to a floor

lamp, with a distinctive minimalist

design.

In keeping with the Flos tradition,

this lamp escapes any immediate

classification. My Lines offers

the end user the possibility of

orchestrating the lights in the most

diverse configurations. The direction

of the bars can in fact be adjusted

with an easy and intuitive movement,

to continuously vary the domestic

lighting landscape.

version: an interpretation that

Sarfatti himself had created in

modern minimalist potential and

its application in contemporary

settings.

Bespoke, il design di Luce Orizzontale è

la sintesi della complessità artigianale del

concetto: una struttura modulare a incastro

composta da elementi tubolari di vetro

spesso, sospesi in modo minimale dal

soffitto.

Originating from an ambitious Flos Bespoke

project, the design of Luce Orizzontale

distils the concept’s artisanal complexity: an

interlocking, modular structure composed

of tubular elements of thick glass, minimally

suspended from the ceiling.

La configurazione modulare della lampada

prevede 8, 10 o 12 tubi di vetro fuso (le

dimensioni variano da un metro e mezzo a

due metri e mezzo) e strutture di sospensione

di diverse lunghezze. I cilindri di vetro sono

sostenuti da una barra di alluminio lucidato,

mentre le sorgenti luminose, due strisce di

LED che dirigono la luce verso l’alto e verso

il basso, sono inserite nella barra e possono

essere dimmerate attraverso un sistema

The lamp’s modular configuration includes

8, 10 or 12 cast glass tubes (its size ranging

from one and a half metres to two and a half

metres), and hanging structures of different

lengths. The glass cylinders are supported

by a polished aluminium bar, while the light

sources, two LED strips pushing the light

upwards and downwards, are inserted in the

bar, and can be dimmed through a system

located at one end of the bar.

Marcel Wanders Studio’s irreverent and poetic design

language finds a new expression in Skynest, its latest

lighting design for Flos. A combination of formal

elegance and technical innovation, Skynest features an

innovative LED strip, woven with a textile tube to create

a basket-like form that is crafted yet sophisticated.
